TIMBERCORP liquidator KordaMentha said it has frozen court action to recover thousands of loans to the failed company while it waits to see if a class action lawsuit can get under way.

Timbercorp collapsed in April, leaving 18,400 investors who had sunk more than $1 billion into its managed investment schemes in limbo, according to
