JBS cooperates with corruption investigation

JBS S.A. says it is not involved in crimes related to the Brazilian government's investigation into alleged corruption by Brazilian meat packers and leather producers but it is cooperating with federal police.

The company's statement followed wire reports that JBS and other companies were suspected of bribing public officials and other crimes to get meat products approved.
