McLeod's Daughters SA property up for sale

02 Jul, 2008 12:33 PM
The chance to buy a piece of television history is nearly over, as expressions of interest close on Drover's Run (pictured) at Freeling, SA, next Friday.

Home to the record-breaking McLeod's Daughters television series, Kingsford – its real name – is being sold by the Nine Network through Elders Real Estate.

Purchased for $380,000 in 2000, the 55-hectare property is rumoured to be worth between $1 an $2 million.

How did 55 hectares support all those women & their need for shoes?

You can put a lot of fenceline on 55ha. So they could have hung them off the plain wires.
