CBH EGM to vote on zone change

08 Oct, 2009 01:00 AM
SHAREHOLDERS will meet today at an Extraordinary General Meeting, to vote on a proposal to change the number of CBH Board member electoral districts from four to five, and name them with the generic numbers 1-5.

Four of the five proposed districts will provide two directors, while a fifth district surrounding Esperance will have only one.

The move is designed to find an equal balance between directors and the tonnage produced in each district and the number of growers.

The CBH Board has unanimously recommended shareholders vote in favour of the proposed amendments.
