Two irrigation properties in WA's Ord River catchment have sold.
The black-soil properties include more than 250 hectares near Kununurra in northern WA, and were sold with more than 4300 megalitres of water.
Mandy Thorneycroft from Professionals Kununurra brokered the deal.
